Day 1
Get in class, sat down and the boredom begins! The instrcutor talked from 0900 - 1220!
Some more its chillin in the seminar room. So.. 1st day, he of course 1stly introduced what is 1st aid and how to use like DRABC and AVPU. Then start to talk about how to assess situations and give proper help and all. Its 3 hours talking, cant expect me to type out right? Eventhough i did, i am sure some lazy ppl wouldnt read XD. After that he taught us about choking and CPR (cardio pulmonary resuscitation) Then everyone take test then Hastalavista!

Changed to some other instructor and taught us about major causes of unconsciousness - FISHSHAPED
F - Fainting
I - Infantile convulsion
S - Shock
H- Head injury
S - Stroke
H - Heart Attack
A - Asphyxia
P - Poisoning
E - Epilepsy (Sawan / Gila babi)
D - Diabetes Mallitus
Then all the talking, bandage blah blah blah
then finally THEORY TEST
50 questions - to pass is to get 25 questions correct.. Easy? d*uh
Next week only will know the results
Certificate lasts for 3 years
